Refund Policy -
48 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling request of session. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, and it is within the 48 hour notice requirement, a 50% refund will be provided. Payment is transferable to a different date if such new date is available if notice is given within the 48 hour minimum notice. If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather or illness, Photographer and Client will reschedule once on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge. Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session and there will be no guarantee that the full details of the package will be completed. Lateness of half time allotted for session or more will result in cancellation.
